Let’s get our bodies moving this week, from wherever we all may be. In your home, your backyard, a nearby park… log on with me and let’s get our hearts thumping, lungs pumping, bodies moving, bellies breathing! If you cannot make it to the classes and want to schedule a 1:1 session, send me a direct message or fill out this questionnaire and we’ll talk through the details!
Things to know:
My style and methods are based in foundations of dance, yoga, meditation and strength-based trainings, so you’ll find fluidity, a focus on alignment and an emphasis on strengthening, lengthening and releasing. These classes are meant to help bring you into your body and give it something it may be needing.
All classes will be taking place on Zoom; please comment below or message me directly if you can make it to the class itself but have issues with Zoom.
Classes are all donation-based. Suggested donation of $5-25, but nothing is expected. Venmo: $Anna-Gibbs ♥️. 15% of proceeds go toward marginalized folks affected by COVID19.
Classes are open to all bodies, modifications always offered. Please listen to your body, use your best judgement and be cautious if you’re harboring any pain/injuries. Please ask questions / share necessary info with me prior to class if you have specific needs or limitations. My intention is to make this space as safe as possible.
All of these classes you are able to do without any props besides your own body (and a mat). Some classes require a chair/bench/bed/table, and you’re always welcome to add weights or found objects in your home for added work.
