How will we do it?

To start, I will have you fill out a questionnaire so that I can get to know you a little better and learn about your fitness and health history. This will help me focus what I offer to best serve you and your individual needs. Every body is different! 

We will be focusing on any or all of the three pillars of health: physical fitness, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Yes, they are all connected! We will be focusing on each of these categories individually, and as we progress, you will see just how connected they really are. I will be here for you every step of the way. 

Break it down

These options are just that: options. We will talk to figure out which work best for you!

Once we assess your goals and needs, we will create a personalized wellness plan that focuses on:

  • A movement component:

    • a personalized workout/movement calendar that works with your schedule

    • workouts of all types to improve your strength, flexibility, speed and endurance, and potentially get you leaner (if that’s where your body needs to be, healthfully).
    • the option to receive one-on-one workout guidance either in person or virtually

  • Nutritional guidance:

    • a general, non-restrictive eating plan that we create together, with the best foods to eat (based on a lots of discussion to ensure that these foods are right for your body)

    • easy, approachable, delicious recipes that will make you enjoy eating a balanced diet

    • meal prep guidance

  • Emotional wellbeing, mindset + accountability:

    This is where the other two pillars really overlap: where your mind is. This isn't about pushing you so hard you break into the person you want to be. It's about giving yourself the space, freedom and respect to be everything you need and want to be. That's how you'll achieve those dreams!

    • I am here to provide you with tools, guidance, knowledge and support to achieve your goals; and it all really does start with you.

    • I will be here for you every step of the way, without judgement, to keep you on track with your goals -- which means:

      • checking in consistently to make sure your mindset is not only in line with those goals, but in support of them, too.

    • I am here for you every step of the way, for all of it. This is a safe space where I invite you to be open and share with me anything you feel comfortable sharing. We are in this together!
